The terms “Distributor” and “Supplier” shall have the same meaning as in our Terms of Service at https://ordermygear.com/terms/.

We collect the Personal Information of End Users who sign up to use our Software as Distributors or Suppliers. This information includes their Identifying Information and Technical Information relating to their use of our Software. For example, if you are a Distributor who has browsed products offered by Suppliers on our Software, we may collect data about the products you are interested in and your impression history. In addition to the disclosures in our general Privacy Policy, we may disclose this information to Suppliers for their marketing and advertising purposes, but only if you are a resident of the United States or Canada and the disclosure is in compliance with applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
