Feature Update: Shipping

We’re jumping up and down in excitement at OrderMyGear because today, we launched a suite of new shipping features. Easily ship to your customer’s doorstep with quick label creation and shipment tracking emails, all while staying profitable.

We have a saying at OrderMyGear that Profit = Revenue – Cost – Hassle. Our new shipping features are here to help you save time and money and to provide your customers with a better experience.  With services like same-day shipping, today’s online shoppers expect to hear the doorbell ring immediately after placing an order. Our new shipping features provide your customs with deeper insights into the status of their orders and decreases the time it takes for you to get a package out the door.

Shipping Features:

  • USPS Commercial Plus Pricing – Save money with free access to Commercial Plus Pricing
  • Create Shipping Labels – Create and print shipping labels without leaving OrderMyGear
  • Ship-To-Home – Offer real-time, carrier calculated rates to your customers at checkout
  • Tracking Emails – Enable shipment tracking emails to keep your customers up to date
  • Order Statuses – Automatically update the statuses of your orders



Shipping Carriers

You can connect your existing shipping carrier accounts directly into OrderMyGear. We currently support USPSUPSFedExCanada Post, and Purolator. Adding a carrier account enables you to offer real-time, carrier calculated shipping rates to your customers as well as create shipping labels.

Shipping Labels

Save time by creating shipping labels directly in OrderMyGear. You can create labels for individual orders or for multiple orders at one time. We have a brand new shipping page for you to create shipments.

Order Statuses

Creating shipments for orders will automatically update the order’s status to fulfilled or partially fulfilled, depending on how much of the order you’re shipping. Even if you don’t use shipping labels, you can update the status of an order(s) from our updated Manage Orders page.
