    Absolutely. Whether you’re an existing Pop-up Store client or Company Store client, reach out to your OMG contact or hello@ordermygear.com to upgrade to the OMG Unlimited plan.
  2. What’s the difference between the Pop-up Store and Company Store solutions?
    Pop-up Stores are perfect for simple, short-term programs with the ability to create a fully branded store in minutes. Company Stores are great for more complex, long-term programs with the ability to completely customize and configure stores to meet customers exact needs. Visit our Compare Solutions page to learn more about each solution and compare core features.
  3. How long are your contracts?
    There are no contracts with OMG. Simply open and close stores as you need.
  1. Is there a free trial?
    We don’t offer free trials. Take a look at our Sample Store page to see examples of what’s possible with our online store solutions or schedule a demo with our team for a personalized tour.
  2. How will I be billed?
    The one time license fee is paid in full and upfront. Company Store monthly hosting fees, add-ons, and store-building fees will be billed on the first of every month. Pop-up Stores premium features and store-building fees are billed monthly on the date of activation.
  3. How do I choose between the Premium tier vs. the Standard tier for Company Stores?
    The Premium tier is best for programs that need a higher level of control over who can access the storefront and/or advanced payment or tax needs. With the Premium tier, you get all the features available with the Standard option, plus the ability to pay with ACH or points, secure stores with single-sign on (SSO) and IP restrictions, grant various levels of store visibility through Group Passcodes, and much more.
